Erinne Benedict, MA

Erinne is a third year doctoral student obtaining her PhD in Clinical Health Psychology with a specialty in pediatrics and psycho-oncology. Erinne got involved with A Moment of Magic at Fordham University in 2017 and eventually became the Chapter President in 2019. Since then Erinne has rejoined the A Moment of Magic team as staff as our Mental Health Specialist. She is also a cancer caregiver herself to her goddaughter who is a Neuroblastoma survivor. Erinne is a clinician and researcher as well as a healthcare professional who has had appointments at Maria Fareri/Boston Children's, Columbia University, Albert Einstein/Montefiore, and NYSPI. She also is certified in trauma sensitive yoga and conducts independent research on mindfulness.
